Product is fine and purifying water very well. From my experience I personally rate Aqua Ultra 5 star products and services.

One word, Excellent RO.
Came with all required fitting, no need to buy any thing for installation e.g. tap extension, ball valve, screws, pre filter, pipes, etc. Four spun filters provided will last for more than a year with average inlet water quality.
Tested after installation, initial rejected water and tank was much clean compared to other RO’s. This one looks like pre sterilised. Disposed of first two tanks water, approx 25 ltrs, which i think was not essential and one one rinsing cycle could be enough, but done for the sake of doing it. After two cycles, tested TDS of filtered water ( I own a TDS meter ), result was exciting. Inlet water TDS was 320 ppm, and filtered water TDS was 22 ppm, Same as bottled water.
Excellent performance, heavy duty booster pump. Water taste was same as other company high end RO costing around 25K. Worth buying and highly recommended.
